Catálogo Inconcluso is a co-creation project developed with Mariana Giraldo, who invited us to shape the art direction, branding, and communication spaces for her reflections on architecture, play, everyday life, memory, creativity, and the idea of space itself. The project functions both as a creative experiment and as a space for correspondence, questioning notions of order, authorship, and completion.
The identity is built around duality: the tension between the rational and the experimental. This contrast informs the name, typography, color palette, and especially the website’s UX/UI—balancing a structured, catalogued system with a spontaneous, unfinished counterpart.
The graphic universe combines vibrant colors, riso-inspired textures, and playful vector forms, referencing archival systems while disrupting them through loose, expressive elements. The logo reflects this duality, moving between the classic and the contemporary, the analytical and the playful, always rooted in questions of space, architecture, and design.
Branding here is part of the experiment itself. Clear rules in typography, grid, and color set the framework, while the rest is left open to creative exploration. Catálogo Inconcluso is an ongoing dialogue: an open invitation to play, to contribute, and to collectively question what it means to create.
